Your anonymous aggregated metadata may be stored via Google Analytics for up to 36 months.
Your purchase data may be stored for up to the reasonable time(s) needed for legal, administrative and tax purposes, generally a maximum of 60 months.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Products and Services include but are not limited to:
Digital Downloads
Digital Downloads are delivered immediately to the email you provided at purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and technical service cannot be provided. However, if you have a problem downloading, entered an incorrect email, or did not receive a link, you may email HERE and every attempt will be made to provide you with the product within the first two weeks of purchase. You are responsible for backing up and maintaining your purchase for the future. Your downloads will not be replaced due to your loss of them, your computer failure or transition to a new device.
Physical Goods
Physical goods may include, but are not limited to: prints, artwork, books, cards, and other physical products.
Physical goods will be shipped each Friday via United States Postal Service, unless otherwise noted. Sometimes artwork ships separately, in which case you will receive two tracking numbers. If you receive a defective product, it will be refunded or replaced. You may be required to return the defective product. If you lose, break or destroy the product, your product will not be replaced.
Online Classes
Specific refund policies are available on the purchase page. If you cancel your class enrollment prior to refund period ending, you may receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
If an online class has a specific refund policy other than the one noted above, those details will be on the original purchase page and in your email confirmation.
Technology is not always reliable, therefore, Starlight & Sphinx LLC can not guarantee that live events will be accessible. Every attempt is made to record all calls. In the event that a call is not available live, you will be provided access to the recording.
If all recording fails, or if an event is cancelled by Daria Tavoularis at any time, you will be offered a full refund.
Subscriptions
As soon as you cancel your subscription, your card will not be charged again. No refunds will be given for unused portions.
In-Person Classes or Retreats
Each In-Person Class or Retreat has specific refund policies that will be listed at the bottom of the event sales page. You are responsible for noting these policies prior to purchase. No refunds will be given for partial attendance of a class. Classes are not transferable to another person if you can not attend.
Private Sessions
Healing sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Because energetic preparation begins before each session, all bookings are non-refundable.
If you miss a scheduled session due to an emergency, you will be granted one time to reschedule without penalty. If you miss a second scheduling, you will forfeit the session and no refund will be given.
All sessions must be used within one year of purchase and are non-transferable to another person.
Cancellations from either party are rare. Please note that if Daria Tavoularis cancels or misses your session, every effort will be made to reschedule as soon as possible. If a new suitable time can not be found, you will be refunded. If a session is missed or rescheduled by the client, rescheduling will be accommodated at the normal booking availability.
Spiritual Counseling Disclaimer
By booking a session with Daria Tavoularis, you are choosing to take responsibility for your own growth and healing. Any advice, prediction or insight you receive is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Daria Tavoularis is not liable for the result of any action you choose to take after your session.
Credit Card Storage
DariaTavouaris.com does NOT store credit card details, and does not sell or share purchase details with any third parties for their marketing use. Please see the Privacy Policy above for more information.
Refund Processing
